Service Area

Sweetly Built LLC primarily serves Malheur County and Baker County, Oregon.

Requests outside our standard service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional travel fees, permitting, approvals, or advance notice.

Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a booking.

Booking & Payment Terms

A signed agreement and any required retainer must be received before services are considered booked.

Payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and rescheduling provisions are governed by Sweetly Built LLC's Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Sweetly Built LLC reserves the right to decline bookings that do not meet its scheduling, service, operational, or payment requirements.

Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, approved quotes remain valid during the quote period.

Additional fees may apply for:

Menu Availability & Substitutions

Sweetly Built LLC strives to provide all advertised menu items, flavors, toppings, and ingredients.

Occasionally, ingredient availability, seasonality, supplier limitations, or other circumstances may require substitutions.

Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary.

Certain substitute ingredients, premium toppings, specialty décor, upgraded flavor options, or custom requests may result in additional charges.

Clients are encouraged to contact Sweetly Built LLC prior to booking if they have questions regarding menu customization or premium options.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, guest counts, venue details, dietary requests, and delivery information.

The client is also responsible for obtaining any permits, permissions, venue approvals, park reservations, insurance certificates, or governmental authorizations required for Sweetly Built LLC to operate at the event location.

Proof of approval may be requested prior to the event.

Failure to obtain required permissions may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Venue Access & Delays

The client is responsible for ensuring Sweetly Built LLC has reasonable access to the event location at the agreed-upon setup time.

Delays caused by venue restrictions, unavailable access, client-related circumstances, or other conditions outside Sweetly Built LLC's control may reduce available service time and do not entitle the client to refunds, credits, discounts, or extensions of service.

Event Setup Requirements

Clients must provide a safe and suitable location for setup and service.

Outdoor setups must include appropriate protection from weather conditions such as rain, wind, excessive heat, smoke, or other environmental hazards.

Sweetly Built LLC may provide an umbrella as part of the cart setup; however, additional shelter or venue accommodations remain the responsibility of the client.

Sweetly Built LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, modify, or discontinue service if conditions are determined to be unsafe for guests, staff, equipment, or products.

If weather conditions prevent safe operation and no suitable alternative location is available, the rescheduling provisions outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy shall apply.

Guest Conduct

Sweetly Built LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying abusive, threatening, disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior.

Such circumstances shall not constitute grounds for refunds, discounts, credits, or extensions of service.

Client-Supplied Items

Clients may provide custom décor, signage, branding materials, photographs, floral arrangements, or other decorative elements.

Sweetly Built LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, storage, transportation, return, or condition of client-supplied items.

Sweetly Built Property

Any equipment, signage, décor, display pieces, styling elements, serving materials, carts, umbrellas, and other property supplied by Sweetly Built LLC remain the property of Sweetly Built LLC.

The client agrees to be financially responsible for the repair or replacement of any Sweetly Built LLC property that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or removed during the event due to guest actions, venue conditions, or circumstances within the client's control.

Photography & Marketing

Sweetly Built LLC may photograph or record event setups, displays, products, and related event details for promotional, portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes.

Clients may opt out of marketing use by notifying Sweetly Built LLC in writing prior to the event. Requests received after the event may not be honored for content already published or distributed.

No client names, personal contact information, or private event details will be shared without permission.

Allergens & Dietary Accommodations

Please review Sweetly Built LLC's Allergen Disclaimer & Gluten-Free Information Policy for important information regarding allergens, dietary accommodations, gluten-friendly options, and cross-contact risks.

Sweetly Built LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, refund, payment, and rescheduling terms are governed by Sweetly Built LLC's Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Clients are encouraged to review the policy prior to booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweetly Built LLC's total liability arising from any claim, loss, damage, injury, delay, error, omission, dispute, or service-related issue shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the applicable services.

Sweetly Built LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
